周一
10/17 2016 10:32 p.m.
洗发液用完了
没人扔掉
被挤变形了的白色瓶子
它抽空氧气
没有信仰的人
张着嘴
Monday
10/17 2016 10:32 p.m.
The shampoo bottle is empty
in the corner of the bathtub
No one throws it away
This squeezed white plastic bottle
sucks in all the oxygen
like a man without faith
with his mouth open

2/4/17
The church is on a hill
People lean forward as they walk uphill
Black and white naked infant pictures of the dead
and his wedding pictures
are placed in the middle aisle
His wife was still thin back then
an opened coffin at the end of the aisle
His face and fingers shine under the light
look like a fake human’s body
This is the second time I’ve met him
The last time was two years before
when he came to pick up his daughter from school
and asked me if I had seen her
I said no

Midnight
a green
unripe grape
fell on the ground
from its vines
The only lightened window
on a building
someone’s cough
turned on the tap
The light went out
When dry and cold lips
are moistened
the wind lights up my cigarette butt
and the man peeing
facing the mountain top
This is when summer starts

Alone
9/23 9:55 pm
The day darkens earlier since today
My bed squeezes
Neighbor’s window is bright
Stabs into my darkness
I lay on the bed, and lean on the wall
From this angle
I can see people walking under the light
Wearing white
They can’t see me
Untitled longer poem
10/8 sun. 6:43 pm
I like to sit next to an opened window on Sunday afternoons, when it just starts to get dark. I listen to kids play on the street. Can’t hear what they’re saying, so I didn’t even notice that they’re talking in English. This reminds me of my childhood on the other side of the Pacific Ocean, children’s screaming and laughing in the yard, sometimes along with dog barks. This is actually another kind of language, everyone used to be fluent in that. Many years later when I already forget how to speak, a random Sunday afternoon drags me back there, carrying the strong power as from my mother tongue.
